Lionel Koh
Born and raised in Singapore, Lionel has been grounded in the ways of Asian living and since a very young age, lived by the core values of being a good and filial family member. After going through personal challenges and compulsory national service in the military forces, he learnt what it entailed to be a man of upright standing and integrity – a man on a mission.

Lionel’s authenticity and values when in connection with people allows him to have deeper relationships with those he comes into contact with.

He has continuously stretched his own limits and delved further in personal development works, and more recently into ways of guiding others to have more clarity and live with greater purpose. Combined with his martial arts background, he is ready to help those willing to step forward to play a bigger game in life and being who they are called and destined to be.*

Lionel currently lives in Singapore and happily married with 2 children. He continues to travel to learn more about and spread the work of life-changing events, such as Predicament at Enlightened Warrior Training Camps and The Opening, to anyone ready for a real and lasting change.

He has spoken to numerous groups and coached individuals about transformation through living from the ‘Here and Now’ way of life and is fully living the life of a Spiritual Warrior who is answering the call to serve as many people as he can.

Lisa Tan-Koh
From an early age, Lisa has been exposed to many cultures and living from openness. While the youngest of three siblings, her strict upbringing has seen her grow up grounded in the ways of caring and thinking for others.

When you come into contact with Lisa, the first things to strike you about her would be her candid nature, natural joy and easy laughter. She has a knack of putting people at ease while cutting straight to the heart of what needs to be addressed.

While still young by many people’s standards, Lisa brings with her a wealth of wisdom and experience, having gone through many personal challenges in her life, which brought her to the brink of ending it all. Through the support of a few close friends as well as her firm faith and a deepening spiritual walk, she managed to pick herself up and came out stronger and wiser.

All these experiences add to the depth that Lisa brings to her coaching clients. Lisa believes her calling is to empower people in the areas of relationships, emotions and living with true power. She is also passionate about growing a community of strong women, who embrace their femininity fully, in this part of the world.

Anyone who has spent time with Lisa finds her to be compassionate, loving and yet strong-willed and determined. She will sometimes push you to the edge and she will always be there to lovingly catch you.

Being a Certified Professional Coach with the International Coaching Federation, Lisa is committed to bring freedom, love and joy to as many people as she can in this lifetime. She likes to say about heeding her calling, “I may never be ready, but I am always willing.”
Throughout his life, as Stephen reached the pinnacle of achievement in one area, he would expand to another driven by the desire to do better for his family and for his world.

Stephen Garrett
When you first meet Stephen, you know that you are meeting a man who walks the walk. Disciplined practice, a genuine heart and commitment to Life have produced in Stephen the qualities of a warrior: integrity, strength, leadership, kindness and Knowledge.

Stephen has experienced tremendous success in life. He has remarkable accomplishments as a teacher, an investment banker, a social worker, a builder and an author.

Perhaps Stephen’s greatest achievement is his courage in the midst of adversity. Along with his exceptional success, Stephen has faced tremendous loss, pain and difficulty in his life. What makes Stephen as a man more profound than his many accomplishments is his choice to remain open, loving and steadfast in the midst of hardship.

Although his accomplishments are notable, what truly makes the mark of this man is his lifetime of service. Stephen exudes what is possible when you live your life in alignment with your own deepest purpose. He lives from the Truth he has discovered within. He makes it possible for others to do the same.

Stephen has traveled the world leading workshops such as Its Your Choice, Awakening to your Truest Power, the Illumination Intensive (The Opening) and Sex, Passion and Enlightenment (previously in his role as Vice President and Head Trainer at WarriorSage), making it possible for thousands to step into the magic and power of their own life. Stephen’s personal spiritual practice, his published writing and his empowered teachings are all infused with practical Truth and passion. Stephen is a natural leader of men - he is known for his exceptional commitment to each and every student that crosses his path.

In alignment with his own teachings Stephen, at the age of 62, is once again happily reinventing himself and following his heart’s next calling. The result is his new web site, StephenGarettNow.com, that is dedicated to helping people reconnected with their own deepest heart and learn and practice staying awake in their heart. Then coaching them to make choices from that place of heart-centered integrity in life and in death! Stephen is unleashing his passion and life energy in pursuit of changing our cultures view of death as something to deny and fight at all costs – an enemy, to a perspective of embrace, and loving acceptance that honors death as a fundamental and most exquisitely intimate moment – an ally.

Sonora Wallace
Sonora Wallace is easily recognized by her grace, elegant flow and feminine approach to love and life. She has studied relationship extensively over the past decade and is a wealth of feminine wisdom. She has a knack and a passion for helping other women reconnect with their feminine energy, flow and power.

Sonora's background in the arts and horticulture have prepared her well for her vocation of artfully helping people grow and blossom to their own true potential and magnificence. Her husband Stephen calls her Love's Gardener!

You can count on Sonora's candid opinions and wisdom about relationship, her witty sense of humour and her willingness to coach and support anyone who asks for her assistance and guidance. Her graceful and feminine presence is a gift in and of itself.
